Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment along with Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note all charges will show on your statements as Concert & Theatre Bookings. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. Cheques can be posted to; PO Box 544, Kent BR6 0YF. Please make cheques payable to Anyticket Ltd. Please add £5.00 to your total to cover the return Special Delivery postage.
All bookings made are final and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded, unless the event is cancelled or postponed in this case no amendments will be made until new dates have been confirmed.
If any event is cancelled a refund will be issued for the face value of each ticket booked, and refund to the form of payment made when booked. If any event is postponed for any reason we cannot be held responsible, all tickets purchased should be used for the new date scheduled, all clients will be informed of new dates and if any changes need to be made to ticket. Any refund to be made due to a postponed event will have to be confirmed with a member of our staff, if a refund is permitted the tickets will have to be returned by special delivery with due time to resell, no exceptions will be accepted under any circumstances.
All charges made are to include our premiums, which are over the face value, at the time of booking we obtain tickets for many events that are sold out or hard to get for which reflect on prices charged all prices quoted include face values which can vary for all events, if you need any further details on the face value or charges please call 020 7240 6266 or email we will be happy to give details needed.
All goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which requires a signature upon delivery, to the card holders address as soon as we can possibly do so. If there is no reply when the postman calls, as a signature is required for delivery, your Special Delivery letter will be taken to the local sorting office, to be collected by you. If the letter is not signed for and taken to a sorting office for collection, it is then your responsibility to ensure the tickets are collected in time for the event. All details of sorting office hours are easily available on the Royal Mail Track and Trace line. To collect the letter you will need to take the above tracking reference with you and ID with your name and address. All details are available on Royal Mail Track and Trace line 0845 00 1200 and quote the above reference number. If your Special Delivery is not delivered then you will need to call the Royal Mail Track and Trace line to confirm the location of your local sorting office, for collection of the letter, and it is very important that you call Royal Mail Track and Trace line to confirm the opening times of the sorting office, as these can vary. Please also be aware that Saturdays are often early closing hours and all are closed on Sundays, and public holidays. We are not responsible for any tickets not collected in time for the event.
If any tickets have not arrived 48 hours prior to the event it is important that you contact us to confirm the delivery details. As tickets cannot be duplicated for any event seats or standing at any venue, any tickets not arrived 48 hours prior to the event then please contact our office to trace the special delivery letter, during office hours only. At the time of booking please make sure all details in address are correct to save time with the delivery making sure post code and house number are clear. It is also important to show full name and day time telephone number. Please check your booking details before completing your order.
The event organiser/venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break. We cannot be held responsible for any amendments made. Admission is at the ticket holders own risk. We are not in anyway affiliated with any venue, artist, box office or event organiser. We cannot be held liable for any loss, injuries, death, terrorism, act of 'God' or damage sustained while going, leaving or attending any event.
All bookings made are with us however confirmed shall be deemed to acceptance & agreement of our terms and conditions.
As all tickets purchased are in a free and fluctuating market prices and ticket allocation can change at any time. For up to date details please check our site. All prices are a guarantee at time of booking as received and availability can change at all times. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply tickets that have been booked, we will do our upmost to supply tickets to the best of our ability if not for the booked date then for an alternative date. We cannot be held responsible for suppliers letting us down. If your first choice of ticket is not available we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the next available category, or to cancel the order with a full refund.
Deposits can be made for any event by calling our office, deposits are at a rate of 25% of the total booking charge. All deposits are non refundable. Remittance is due no less than 14 days prior to the event.

Credit Card Security - All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We aim to send all tickets, booked with us, out as soon as we possibly can. This can often be as late as 48 hours prior to the event. All goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the card holders address as soon as we can possibly do so, if any tickets have not arrived by 2 working days prior to the event then please do call 0207 240 6266 or email us at sales@anyticket.co.uk to confirm delivery details. Once tickets are posted it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are aware of delivery details, as emails will confirm, once posted it is completely the clients responsibility to ensure that tickets can be signed for upon delivery and/or collected from Royal Mail sorting office in time for event, taking into consideration Royal Mail sorting office opening hours. As tickets cannot be duplicated for any event, seats or standing, at any venue.
Due to circumstances beyond our control tickets can be dispatched later than our guideline, in these circumstances we will endeavor to send all tickets in time for each event. All customers are responsible for checking emails or any messages that may be sent by us to inform of delivery details. Please ensure you call our office, during opening hours, if you have not received your tickets 48 hours prior to the event. As we may have to track and trace any special delivery items, all info needed for each special delivery letter sent will be emailed to each client to track and trace. In extreme circumstances out of our control ticket collection may have to be done at the venue on the night of the event, details of this will be confirmed by email or telephone. Please take into consideration if you have made a late booking for an event it is important that you give us a delivery address, where a Special delivery can be delivered and signed for.
